Angela trained with the London College of Clinical Hypnosis. She has a Certificate, a Diploma, and a Practitioner Diploma in Clinical Hypnosis. Through her work with Victim Support she completed courses in Rape and Sexual Assualt, Bereavement by Homicide, Homophobic Crimes, and Domestic Violence, and worked for a number of years with people affected by serious crime. She has trained in Crisis Intervention, EMDR, Brief Therapy, NLP, and Strategic Solution Focused Therapy. She holds Reiki One and hopes to have Reiki Two attunement in the near future.

She formerly worked in Television as a Producer and Writer, and is a published novelist. She regularly works with performers to overcome Stage Fright and runs personal development workshops. She is an expert at using creative visualisation to manifest ambitions and explore creativity.
Angela’s original degree was in Fine Art and she worked as an Artist on journals and magazines for many years. She retrained in the 80s as an Engineer in the Semiconductor industry and worked in Senior Management for a subsidiary of ICI, liaising with Engineers all over the world. She began writing in the late 80s and this led to a career as a Producer in broadcast television. She has written and produced both drama and documentary scripts. Her novel 'Some Strange Scent of Death' was published in 2005.
Angela believes that to be whole all aspects of the self must be in balance: physical, mental, spiritual, sexual, sensual, and creative – and she works with clients in groups and one-to-one to help them achieve their full potential.
